i haven even move into my nest, not said use the kitchen lor... we are oni at the cleaning and furnishing stage now. so solid top is oni used to put misc items like our rice container, slow cooker, table clock, etc.
even if we use a wet cloth to wipe, the whitish patch is still there... cannot be removed!! i've kept the solid top dry at all times, wiping it whenever there is water. those items we've placed (whether in plastic bags or not) are all dry too. moreover, solid top is not supposed to absorb water though it is prone to scratches.
