last fri, the first coat of paint for our nest was up, except for my balcony and service yard. now the 2nd coat is also done. but usually how many coats do we need to paint the wall?

the workers left my bedroom 3 windows WIDE OPEN! my unit is on 3rd floor, wat if got intruder climb in? i koe i abit drama, but u nv koe wat will happen lor.
