told mi Clipsal switches can oni be used for concealed switch/socket pt and not surface switch/socket point coz the size is not the same. i dun believe him so i called Clipsal directly. he bull**** lor 
the personnel from Clipsal said there is no problem with installing Clipsal switches on both concealed and surface switch/socket pt. so i walked further down and bought the switches from another of their authorised dealer UrbanSpace Int'l located at Jalan Besar. i received beri good service here from the sales engineer Jimmy 
i will not hestitate to go back to him if i need to get more switches.
although will also be funny against the white colour surface switch/socket point. silver grey coloured switches are also slightly more expensive than the white coloured ones, about $1.00-$2.00 difference. tried to call ID to ask his opinion but his HP off, so i hack care and went ahead to give my order for the silver grey switches to Jimmy who promptly went to prepare my order. he came back and said some of the switches he had in stock was 2-way instead of 1-way, so he'll give me the 2-way (he'll fix it to 1-way) but charge mi the price of a 1-way. 
after calculating the total price, less discount and adding GST.. it came up to $739 
while i got a shock from the price, my HB called. i told him abt the cost and he jumped! he said no way he's gonna spend so much $$ and told mi can oni buy switches. 
bo pian i told Jimmy i'll buy oni the switches and he said no problem. the cost is abt $350+ b4 discount and GST.
to the silver grey switches coz the house will look funny with silver grey switches and white socket pts. he's got a point, so changed my mind and told Jimmy i want to change my switches to the white coloured ones. i so paiseh to give him all the trouble and apologised to him. he so good and told mi not to worry, then walk to the storeroom to change the switches. 
so glad dat i came over to UrbanSpace instead Joe Li Electrical. after changing the switches colours, i saved some $$ 
the total cost was $315 after 10% discount n adding in GST. btw, there is one year warranty for the switches.
