y come so early, i still at home lor. ID told sub-con where to do the gas pipes and the sub-con said where we want the gas pipes to go thru (the service wall) is a structural beam. so i called the sub-con and asked y he so early. he said my ID's workers going to lay the kitchen tiles at 2pm so muz do now liao. den he went on to blabber abt the gas pipe cannot go thru service yard wall.
so i ask him back "wat's the difference between u drilling ur own hole for gas pipes and mi asking my ID to make the hole bigger in the wall?? it's the same, making hole in the same wall!! i also want u to drill a hole at the bottom part to let the gas pipe thru into the kitchen again."
with him for another 5mins b4 i said i'll call him shortly while i check with my ID. my ID said should be ok to haf the gas pipe going thru the service yard and back into the kitchen, maybe the sub-con tink it's not worth on his side coz he muz lay extra piping. so ID also said to call HDB and CityGas. i look at the time, 1.15pm liao.. can oni call on Monday morning already. bo pian i called the sub-con n ask him to go back. 
usually if the wall has a structural beam, it will be shown as a thicker wall and in black colour one lor. see the part i box in red, dat is not a structural beam!! i'll call HDB n CityGas early Monday morning and let them hear my complaint
