our intial plan for the study room was to install a 2-leaf 10mm tempered glass sliding door which will cost us ard $1.2k. but after my hubby insisted that the dining table to be put outside the study room (which was the actual dining room) instead of the other side of our living room, we decided hack and shift the study room entrance from the center to the right. 10mm tempered glass will be replacing the concrete wall. tis is costing us $2k+. simply coz the dining table is going yo block the study room entrance and i see no point in it.

reno should start ard mid month as SK branch office has advised dat the defects will be done by next week at the earliest.

btw, we are hacking away our kitchen n service yard floor tiles coz i simply can't stand the beige coloured floor tiles against grey coloured wall tiles. a total mis-match lor. if possible and budget allows, i hope to hack off the kitchen wall tiles too coz grey is such a gloomy colour.
