this morning, i went to my new place with my mum. juz want to double confirm the defects b4 i draft out the defect list to submit to HDB branch office in Sengkang. to my horror, i found even more defects. found 4pcs of cracked wall tiles in the kitchen and more than 35pcs of cracked wall tiles in the common toilet. there are also many wall tiles stained with cement. coz there are so many cracked wall tiles in my common toilet, i'll request to the HDB branch office to hack and re-lay all 4 walls. my mum by chance discovered that the bottom of the common toilet PVC door is spoilt. got wood/plastic shavings dropping out. in my MBR toilet, there is also cracked wall tile but only one. even b4 i left at 4.30pm, found another defect or should i say problem... the service yard lourved window lever lock is slanted to one side, dunno will break off or drop anot.
