been trying to get hold of the HDB officer since yesterday but to no avail.. really fed-up with her lor. saw on the HDB e-service website that there are 2 time-slots available on 03Feb, sat which was previously unavailable. decided to change our appt date to 03Feb i/o 29Jan coz the branch officer also tink 29Jan the funds will still not be back in hubby's cpf acct.
